✅ Eligible cases: Damaged during delivery, defective, expired, or wrong product shipped

⚠️ Conditions:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a detailed description and clear photos

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Returns for reasons other than defects or quality issues are not accepted

⚠️ Cases Khuraif is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address

  • Recipient not available at delivery time

  • Not providing an alternative address within 24 hours of first delivery attempt

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees

  2. Approved replacements are shipped within 2–5 business days

  3. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (10–30 days to reflect)
